I wish this show would do more to show us Matt's powers. Since we never get a sense of what he's experiencing during a fight, he's no different from a regular guy that is amazing at kung-fu. I'm imagining something similar to the way the RDJ Sherlock movies show Sherlock's thought process.

It could be that some of the former Obama voters sat this election out because they didn't like Hillary (the Bernie or bust crowd seemed to be larger than anticpated) giving the Trump supporters the majority vote. Just a theory.
