Can we pretend that he's the same character from Safe House and he's Agent Everyman perpetually trapped in these zany CIA scenarios?

20022? The only people who'd be around to see that is Zager and Evans.
If their idea of grounded is DNA-encoded Spider-goop that turns one guy into Spider-Man and another guy into a Goblin-Man, I'd love to see them go off the wall.
Even ignoring the fact that the characters of GotG are a lot less defined in the mass conscious than Spider-Man, I still think they did a disservice to the characters if only because I thought they failed in the movie. I found them weakly written and poorly done.
But it wasn't just about the money. The team put a lot of effort into checking and double checking and triple checking every machine to make sure they worked properly. They had a delivery schedule they had to meet, and there were a limited number of units available.
I don't watch the show, but I would love the story of banging someone in Downton Abbey. That's an icebreaker.
If it gives you a better idea of my thought process, I think Oscorp's Island of Dr. Moreau of Human-Animal-Mech hybrids is absolutely ridiculous and not in a good way.
Now we know why Kraven hunts. Deep feelings of inadequacy.
Well…
1) TASM franchise has fucked up the characters enough already that origins and powers should be moot
2) She works for Oscorp
3) Oscorp apparently has the biological and mechanical equipment to turn people into some form of animal either by mutating their DNA, giving them a super suit, or both
4) She steals.
5) So…
Maybe they can build up Black Cat's character in the Sinister Six movie as Harry's assistant, then give HER her own movie, and maybe even introduce Mary Jane in that one.
"And if there is a season 2, how does Joe fit in there?" I was seriously bothered that Joe got a "happy" ending while Gordon got a sad one. That was totally uncalled for because Joe was/is a complete dick, and I don't know why this show hates Gordon so much.
Folks talk about metaphor like it's black and white!
I don't know if it's the acting or the beard, but Scoot presents himself totally differently than what I've seen him in before. He even looks like 10 years older.
"It's a print driver."
"But Joe doesn't know that."
I didn't realize this was a Boyett thing. And obviously it's to maximize profits, but its shoddiness is actually kind of jarring even after watching network TV over the past decade.
How come 10/90s have the cheapest sets since Miller Boyett productions?
Partners had one of the worst/strangest announcements campaigns I've seen. The ad had Lawrence and Grammar in a elevator together, a guy walks in, they tell him they have a show together, and his head explodes into confetti.
Considering he's standing next to Alan Partidge, I'm disappointed they didn't go for a "Knowing Me, Knowing Poo."
I'm looking forward to the dark, gritty, and realistic reboot of Night at the Museum. No more silliness, these people saw the deaths of their friends and loved ones in wars and plague! That weighs on their souls!
I don't know if her bit talking about the swords was improv, but every time she tries to be "improv funny" (even if it's written), it always seems like she's struggling. As though someone just screamed "SAY SOMETHING! ANYTHING!" and she panic-babbles.
