I think the difference is that Arrow seems to enjoy a) its characters and b) the DC Universe. Agents of SHIELD seems to enjoy … having a timelot?
This show has an actual time slot?
I think this is very unfair. Was there anything in this episode as funny as "Uh…Brooklyn" or "Homer"?
'The "yogurt, yogurt, yogurt, fruit," however, is the kind of hacky
over-explaining that I think characterizes post-slump Simpsons.'
Hopefully we're one step closer to "Come To Hawaii and Kill Yourself: The Series"
I liked Irish Krusty. However, I thought it felt off that the show dedicated its final break, short as it may have been, entirely to the B plot. I was expecting something more with Skinner than leaving him on that weird dream sequence.
I've noticed that in pretty much every Simpsons episode now there's at least one joke that confuses me. It's not so much unfunny, as much as I don't understand why they included it/why it exists. This week's was the Yogurt with Fruit at the Bottom sequence.
Attorney: "Your record is so good you must be using illicit methods!"
He makes the cops in the original Last House on the Left look like Columbo.
Fare thee well Frank Agnew, the worst cop in TV history.
Because antihero?
We're in a very dangerous period when "Agents of SHIELD" is seen as an idea to be replicated.
I remember seeing ads for this saying "Introducing Holliday Grainger" and being confused because I could swear I have heard her name for years. She's like Imogen Poots in that I know I've seen her name connected to roles in major movies but can't remember if I ever saw her in anything.

Man am I glad I chose this show over The Blacklist.
Does he smell as I imagine Bobby to smell? (Hint: Not Good.)
It's beyond me that anyone would side with Gemma over Tara. Gemma doesn't care about family, she just cares about power, even if it means putting her grandchildren into a lifestyle that is not sustainable in the slightest and will probably lead to their deaths.
More like Tyler Nerden.
I've never seen a marketing campaign backfire so horribly for me.
