"(It’s a wonder where the normally budget-conscious CW got the money to even make this pilot. Perhaps in a daring bank heist.)"

Was the audio a second or so off for anyone else tonight or was it just my DVR?

(I made the same mistake initially too.)

Penguins can't fly…but they can make you die!

Los Dias y Las Noches de Monsignora Ferrara

AMC- Making you yearn for the days of Low Winter Sun

They also had the same problem as Frank, Joe, and everyone else but Boydman- lack of humor, which gives them a lack of humanity. When everyone acts so melodramatic and so serious about everything, it comes across as phony. Of course, when the show takes pride in that element as much as Low Winter Sun did/does, it

FRANK IS A TORTURED SOUL!

I wonder if AMC decided to air both episodes tonight as not to use LWS to soil its golden goose. (Its golden goose that can be tarnished that is.)

As much as I want this show not to get a second season, I get the nagging suspicion that it will return. It will fit into the show's themes of no justice or no logical thinking/behavior on the parts of anyone involved in any part of the production, whether characters or behind-the-scenes.

For awhile syndication was only playing newer episodes. "Stop and Smell the Roosevelts" seemed to be on once a week. They've seemed to cut back on that lately though.

Nottingham, which was turned into that Russell Crowe Robin Hood mess?

"I got a Modern Family notice for this?!?"  Said nobody on this site.

Don't go harvesting in this Sound (and Video) Garden.

It's not a make-fun-able or even a frustrating show. It's simply bad television. It isn't even a show with good/interesting parts that aren't living up to potential like The Killing (yes, Constabile is good). It's just lame.
