I wonder if we'll ever return to that Deb kills El Sapo thing. There was always something off about that kill.

In approximately one month
1) An escaped fugitive/murderer whom Dexter used to date is back in the news/back in Miami
2) Two people close to Dexter end up brutally murdered with the police called in
3) He leaves his job suddenly to move out of the country
4) He's hoping to sell his boat and condo with a selling time of…
But you'll miss Li'l Assassinations with Johnny Booth, Chuck Guiteau, and Leo Czolgosz.
So what are the odds of a Trachtenberg/Goodwin catfight?
Budweiser? BUDWEISER? Avion Fucking Tequila! That's what.
I disagree. E was the best. Losing clients left and right. Scott Caan, who just wanted to be his friend, having his back and doing the best work for the agency despite E talking down about him. Having his assistant do most of the heavy lifting with Johnny Drama's show. E was awesome.
Isn't the plot of this movie supposed to be whether Ari takes Malcolm McDowell's studio head job? Remember that tantalizing teaser?
The Grenier contract negotiation is hinging on how much he's allowed to take home from craft services.
I agree, but if I had to lose one, I'd lose Mark Strong + Crew. Which is surprising considering how much I care about what happened to his hooker girlfriend.
I'm in the opposite camp. The entire corrupt/dirty cop thing has been done to death so much, that seeing these idiots try and form a crime syndicate is more interesting and entertaining to me. Of course, part of that has to do with their incompetence, but I'd sooner buy their incompetence than the cops'.
Speaking of bad accents, I find something so tremendously odd about Mark Strong's in Low Winter Sun.
I think the problem is that because the book and movie are about extreme self-centeredness, dedication to having the best in technology, and the emptiness of excess and materialism, it's not applicable to the 2010s.
The World's End Limited Series. Each episode is a different pub.
"Though his skin may be less supple, he remains “as outrageous and lethal
as ever” as he trains a new protégé in the art of killing people who
annoy you."
I also thought they were good. Good to know they weren't. That was easily one of the worst episodes of SNL I've ever seen.
If it's not Ferrell, it's Ben Stiller (Walter Mitty) with Ferrell cameos. Robin Williams hasn't hosted since 1988, and I'd think they'd try to get him for early in the year to coincide with the premiere of his new show plus the name prestige of him is probably higher than that of Fey, Cyrus, or Willis. And it is…
That might explain the Masuka's daughter scene. If they bash smoking pot at work, no one will think they actually are smoking pot at work.
The Californians is my all time favorite skit! Definitely worth those 10 minutes at the top of the show!
I agree. Rampling is a good actress, but the character of Vogel ended up being a mostly useless bore. I guess her voice did a good job adding a mystic quality to The Code, but the character herself seemed incompetent and didn't really contribute anything to Dexter or his growth. Would anything be changed if we never…
The thing I'll take most from Season 8 is that after all these seasons of trying to make Dexter different, either by considering more complex than most people or an outsider to our human ways of doing things, he is just a guy who is only interested in getting it on with the hot chick at the expense of everything else.
