Toby is just creepy, like when he touched Pam's leg in front of Jim before fleeing and jumping over the office fence.

The issue I have is there's a difference between breaking the 4th wall and the director of the play running on stage in the middle of a performance and saying "oh gosh, did you hurt yourself."  Brian coming on screen is more like the latter.  Doesn't mean it can't work out and be awesome, I'm optimistic the end of

I can agree with you on a few examples, but for the most part you just have to think of it as there are generally 3 cameras in the office, and if Camera A zooms in/out (say from Jim's face on to Michael's) while they've cut to Camera B, then cut back to Camera A, then to Camera C getting Creed's reaction it almost

And they're secretly filming his discussion with Stanley after Micheal makes everyone leave the office in Did I Stutter.

I've always felt they got annoying after the marriage.  Everything about their talking heads together from then until this season has bothered me, and I love almost everything about the Office as a whole.  But from jim's "Frankandbeans" to "I do NOT plan on helping unless it's a boy" - they just got too cute or

That's a fantastic observation I hadn't put together.  But you're right.  Great example, look at the longest cold open in the show's history for the season 8 premiere.  Such a mess of just everything familiar (like "oh there's an office pregnancy, no 2! that's how we'll

two different girls - Cathy was the chicken fight girl who tried to hook up with Jim in Fl.  She was Pam's replacement while on maternity leave for the birth of their son.

That, but also makes this a terrible reason for the production crew to finally jump on screen.  If the stakes are that low then why then?

Yeah, see Fun Run.  They show Jim and Pam the footage of them kissing so they've done it before.  That's why I'm thinking there's some pining for Pam on the part of Brian.  Where they choose to get involved (like helping Pam realize dwight and Angela were dating in season 2) or not (letting Michael almost kill himself

Belsnickel wasn't really forced or cartoony for the guy who apparently dresses up like Recyclops every year for earth day or whatever.  Dwight LOVES dressing up and does so at least twice a year, whether we've seen it chronologically or not.
I'm personally hoping the "Sports Marketing" job is being vaguely
