There's a fun podcast out there called Flip The Table that covers "cheesy, weird, and obscure board games". They did an episode on the Welcome Back, Kotter game and Dexter as well as the Zelda game from the other list. Lots of geeky humor that might not be everyone's bag, but it is certainly an interesting look at

My current creative outlet is a podcast pairing beer and music that I do with a couple friends. I was in a (cover) band and would like to write something at some point but get frustrated and hyper-critical of myself whenever I try.

Spoiler alert! This post will spoil your appetite for weeks.

It'll get better with time and you'll be able to enjoy those activities again. For now, smoke a bowl and chill out. Especially if you can get some friends to come smoke with you.

She reminds me much more of Laura Prepon in Orange is the New Black.

On 7/4 I think Alex messed up when Kay was at the bottom of the category. Alex said "And now…" using the cadence he often does when introducing DDs before Kay had chosen the next clue, assuming she would continue in the category. There seemed to be a bit of awkwardness as Kay realized that he gave away that the DD was

Ha, probably. At least one of these friends in question spends a bit too much time on reddit, and probably has absorbed the anti-spoiler paranoia Todd is discussing above. It's damn frustrating.

Something that has come up for me in regard to spoilers is friends who refuse to "spoil" a work for me even after I have said it is okay. More than once a friend has brought up some piece of culture that I have no intention of ever engaging with and would not particularly care if I knew plot points going in anyhow,

I'll show you the ropes, kid, show you the ropes.

I have already replaced all of my friends' cats with irons, why would I stop at Monopoly?

Oh man, you're right. I read that as "Rabin, who called Mindy Kaling…" at least three times before I posted the comment. Derp.

"When memoirist and head writer for The A.V. Club Nathan Rabin first set out to write about obsessed music fans, he had no idea the journey would take him to the deepest recesses of both the pop culture universe and his own mind. For two very curious years, Rabin, who Mindy Kaling called “smart and funny” in The New

Probably…probably.

Comparing Ulysses to AT makes me want to read Ulysses.

What exactly do you think is a childish concern? Adventure Time? Cartoons in general? What very serious concerns do you busy yourself with during your free time?

Just a warning that there is a pretty major character development spoiler in there. I'm 2 seasons behind so have no business reading current articles but I got sucked in because I love the show so much.

Like the cowboys say!

If there is any justice in this world, they'll have all been taken out by those killer cacti.

Yippie kai yai yay

Wow, you're right! I used to watch some LPs of BoI and that's where I got it from. Dude was pretty knowledgable though so I probably got it confused with some other combo. Thanks for that info, I hope I get a chance to try it out.
