If you can manage to tell a story without the use of flashbacks the story will always be better for it. Obviously that can range from difficult to impossible to pull off but its still true.

I hate flashbacks. It's so easy to showcase a crazy gag completely out of context but its also a lot less funny. Other than that the show is pretty good but damn.
