I've been dying to see the 60s Easy-Rider Captain America turn up in these things. Cruising the highways on their pan-head choppers, kicking back in communes, freaking out in New Orleans, that sort of thing

I thought that was Ernie Kovacs picture on the front page. I love watching Kovacs, Show of Shows, other things from the era. Part of it is the time-travel aspect, being fascinated with what the audience of that time found funny. How it reflects how people's lives were back then, etc.

I am +1 on this. I have loved and followed Community from Day 1 and the stereotypical way Pierce is written with regard to the racial stuff has always kinda bugged me. His sexism commments make more sense for his character and era, but the racist stuff has always felt forced and rather 1-note.
