I liked the passing reference to Nader and Oldsmobile, I think, in that meeting near the beginning of the episode. I guess it was in the late 60s that Ralph Nader told everyone that arm seat belts didn't actually do anything.

Mad Men's on their third Bobby.

I was sort of surprised to hear you all admit to liking them so much,
too. I can also say that I liked them a lot, but not without making way
too many caveats. I was especially surprised to hear that you all liked
Katniss as well. Whether by design or flaw, I found her to be very
unsympathetic.

I think criticism of the whole genre of young adult literature is a bit
unfair. I think that sometimes YA books could easily have been written
for adults. Though it seems like when someone decides to write a story from the
perspective of a teenager it's automatically labeled as YA, and from the
perspective of a kid

I find the lack of nuance on this show to be so off putting. I enjoyed the first season, but the second definitely felt like I was watching a soap opera.
