That's awesome.

I'm not sure "property" would be the opposite of "person," although I see where you're going and that's interesting. Although as a society we could expand "person" to include animals, that doesn't seem any more logical than expanding the term "orange" to include "apple."

I've read other articles discussing the potential "personhood" of chimps, and I still find that it falls apart at the very first step: there's no indication that the definition of the term "person" was ever intended to include anything other than human beings.

Maybe it has something to do with how unnecessarily venomous it was? (Which did make it seem a bit hysterical, now that you mention it.) Or how completely wrong it is, since there are about 8 other comment threads agreeing that Mick had a deep-rooted crush on Snart?

I was gonna suggest Jake Lloyd as Jupiter Jones since the character's supposed to be an ex-child actor, but then I realized he's 14 years too old and committed to an asylum!

Seriously, that is one huge chin. It kind of scares me.

Would watch

That scene was the only time I laughed while watching this film. "Touch… my… BASS!"

I keep thinking Robyn Lively was on Head of the Class, but she wasn't. I think it's because she looks a bit like Khrystyne Haje. And has the same first name as Robin Givens.

Snarky comments aside, I don't know why it's considered a death knell either… unless the thought is that it's too late for kids to stay up and watch it? When do 11-year-olds go to bed these days?

You're probably right, but there seems to be something more specific going on. Like when the bad guy is giving a speech at the beginning to the people who just arrived on the planet, the vents on the window behind him are lit in such a way that it looks like the American Flag. There's a definite "Americans are the

Ah, the thaco days of 2nd edition. I remember them well.

IT'S WET AND IT'S… oh yeah, I see what you mean.

Aw man; now I'm never going to get that out of my head!

It just occurred to me Depp would be 1000 times more awesome if he called his band "Jack Wagner."

Good God yes.

Came here just to mention the Fade from DA:O. God I hated that part. It was a very long sequence of areas that took a really long time to complete, and the only thing that happened plot-wise was that your character woke up.

Fricking THIS. I appreciate there are people who want them to get together, but they give off such a brother/sister vibe that it completely skeeves me out. It also doesn't help that there isn't that much chemistry between the actors (at least to me).

I agree; when it appeared that Lincoln escaped, Talbot was basically winning the argument about registration. The ep didn't seem like it was only making one side of the argument to me.
