Joe vs. the Volcano is indeed great. I'm pleasantly surprised to find a couple people who actually agree with that, because when I advance that position the other person usually looks at me like I'm growing a plant out of the top of my head.

It was a tomato, which seemed really odd. Are there places in the world where people keep tomatoes in bowls so they can snack on them like they're apples?

It seems to me that Walt and Vic's relationship *is* a father/daughter sort of thing, but Vic subconsciously is attracted to him. It's interesting because her feelings are also wrapped up in a sort of hero worship. I like it because it seems more complicated than simple physical attraction.

I'm surprised nobody's mentioned Red Tornado yet. Who happens to be red. And… can make tornadoes.

What's so fundamentally sad about the ad is that to him, casually saying "hi" to her is a little bit epic, but you just know to her it won't be remembered thirty seconds later.

This was a great interview, so I feel bad about wishing for more. But I wish he could've talked about appearing on Psych as Special Agent Lars Ewing. It was such a different sort of role for him, but he was great in it.

I thought that's where it was going too. Maybe Whedon decided that would've been too predictable.
