Because the world is not fair.

German Publisher Bruno Gmünder has just published their third Tagame book in a row (in english language) and as far as I can tell they are quite successful. (It is very tame Tagame, so you might enjoy it?) So if they are making some money off of this they might move to other artists from the Massive book in the future

I really enjoyed his run on "ultimate x-men" quite a lot. Then I read "wanted". I haven't been turned off like that by a comic before. Of course I still had to read "kick ass" since I love John Romita Jr and that turned out to be visually stunning (of course) but the story and dialog was simply terrible. Like a 3 year

That would be a dream. I *think* Ebusibashi is selling a lot of his stories online, but both the stories as well as the sites selling them are japanese language only. Why they don't translate their sites into english for the rest of the world is puzzling, as this would open up a whole new custumer base for them.

Well, Logan Lerman is a good actor when he is in a good movie. Which is kinda rare. So he has that in common with Andrew Garfield.

Well, actually they did really good in the internet groups I posted the stories in and I got contacted by a print magazine that wanted the permission to print one. (I didn't get any money, just the superfame and a free issue).

I see. While I don't mind violence at all I turn against a film very quickly when it is plainly obvious that the director tries everything he can simply to "shock" or "disgust" me in a "see how gory I can be?" way. Films like that leave me totally cold. I was terribly bored by "martyrs" for example.

Didn't he say he was done with horror? I am pretty sure I read an interview with him claiming that he wanted to try other genres. While I value diversity in all other aspects of life I would prefer directors and writers who are good at horror sticking to it exclusively.

So it is like the internet porn I wrote back when I was still a virgin? While that was WAY off in certain areas it also had certain passages that were much hotter than real sex could ever turn out to be. (granted, maybe I am doing it wrong)

What exactly IS torture porn? Do I need to get a boner during the gory parts or is it just a phrase used by people who don't enjoy violent horror films?

Well… you gotta start somewhere? I am sure most authors writing about murderers have never commited a murder themselves.

The film promotes and glorifies that? Obviously I have not seen it but I thought this was about a sado-masochistic relationship and not about non-consentual sex and non-roleplay-ish rape?

I just saw some middle-aged female fans on tv who camped outside for 17 hours to get tickets for the premiere at the Berlinale. "How do you feel?" they were asked. "I can't describe it" one of them said, smiling from ear to ear.

ask the writers of "modern family".

The actress playing Renee seems to be in another show than I'm watching:

Absolutely. I was hoping for THAT kind of Bullock to be on this show, but unfortunately there isn't that much of it.

John Doman and Donal Logue are the best actors on this show by far. It is just too bad that most of the time they don't get the chance to show what they are capable of.

I am not sure even they knew what they wanted to symbolize with that.

I did not think I would enjoy John Grant's music.

"Massive" is just great! While *finally* more of Tagame's work is available translated into english this is the first time I saw some official translations from Jiraiya and Ebisubashi. I hope to see much more english publications of their amazing artwork. They are two of my favorite artists in general, and the fact
