You can't really blame her for staying out of the sun! A tan may be nice, but can also be very unhealthy.

But masturbation has so many purposes: fun, satisfaction, relaxation, getting to know what turns you on, something to do when there's nothing on tv, sleeping pill alternative, etc.

I was kinda hoping for this story to end with you and the girl realizing you were soulmates and living happily ever after. Still an interesting story as it is.

Amongst other things this needs to be asked: where is the logic in demonizing masturbation? To me this is about as logical as saying: you blow your nose therefore you go to "hell".

Yeah that's not really the men's clubs I meant, but I am absolutely in favor of prostitution of course as long as noone gets exploited.

Might be the best starting point indeed.

If you have any interest in her current work you might want to give Wild Ways a listen.

It only works if your last name is Amos or Smith!

I've been to some great men's clubs that the catholic church would not approve of, unfortunately.

And yet… even when she's not on screen her dead-eyed stare and emotionless line delivery still follows us everywhere.

Whatever he is going for - that look works for him big time!

I thought "breathe me" was a reference to the Six Feet Under finale and that made me sad, just sad all over again.

I really enjoyed MacKenzie's performance on Southland where his character was supposed to become more unlikeable and corrupted as the show went on, but taking the same approach to playing James Gordon does not work at all for me.

Nope, you are wrong! That song is perfect ! :-)

Baker Baker was my real introduction to Amos. She performed it live on the Tonight Show and it impressed me so much. The performance is on youtube and definitely worth searching out. I knew a little bit of her music before but Baker Baker is what really got me into her. Still one of her best songs in my opinion.

Wait what? Sometimes being kinda dumb is a blessing indeed.

It was? Interesting. I never really liked that album too much. Real Men is great and I'm Not In Love is enjoyable, but the rest really is not for me. I am sure there was some meaning behind covering Eminem but that was lost on me. And Raining Blood was just… redundant?

I kinda agree with you about cutting out those tracks (not Promise though as I quite love that one a lot), except that for some strange reason the chorus to Rolling Pin spmetimes pop up in my head even though the song is too silly (playful?) for my taste.

Maybe the song works better in a man's voice if the genders are not changed?

I got the b-sides collected on a 2 disc edition of Under The Pink, so they are like their own great, almost perfect album. It would be perfect if it would also include the Dakota Version of Hey Jupiter, but that would require time travelling and shit so probably won't happen.
