I'm annoyed by the "Dark Avengers" title swap but Thunderbolts is still the best villain book of all time, and consistently the best Marvel book, neck-and-neck with Journey Into Mystery.

It managed to be slavishly devoted to the source material and still entirely miss the point.  Who cares how accurate the color scheme was?

You should still heap scorn on people like J.M. Straczynski - there's no way that book will be any good.  I'll be surprised if he even finishes it if there's no movie offer.

I've been getting more of a cheeseball 80's goth vibe from it, as opposed to cheeseball 90's grunge, but it's certainly questionable.

I thought that new Marduk was kinda boring.  Not bad, but not very memorable.

I remember on that last Grand Magus album,  the first tracks was really Judas Priest sounding, and then the doom kicked in on track two.  The new album is like that first song over and over.  There's many worse crimes than sounding A LOT like Judas Priest, but it is a bit of a disappointment.
