in some sort of hippodrome

my favorite was when Dennis Miller sang Jingle bells with two other versions of himself. hotcha.

this is not the offical AVC response but if it's happening it probably won't be a.) for a while b.) by Nathan, who is busy as all get-out. He will be sharing regular SNL duties with me though.

that Denby review was harsh as hell—it was kind of a delight to read.

this is what happens
when you don't offer kanye west any chicken

Adam Schlesinger
didn't he write the songs in "Music and Lyrics" too? That is a movie that I used to consider a guilty pleasure but now I consider more of a pleasure-pleasure.

no, Evanston Township High School but I have several Zulkey relatives who did go to Loyola.

my husband was trying to figure out why everyone has the hots for Rosario Dawson and my hypothesis is that she looks like Bianca Jagger which means that every guy is then Mick.

this movie
would be more enticing if it were called "The Burning Plane"

well, it's cheaper than another sitcom at least until 30 Rock is back (but I don't know a ton about the logistics of scheduling).

also he's impish yet tall

love him
although I saw him do standup this summer and his personal stuff was way more entertaining than his Soup stuff. That material doesn't translate that well to a live performance solo.
