Yes I consistently guffaw like a muthafucka!

I think my main issue with Moffat's female characters is no 1. they are kind of all the same person and no 2. that person is kind of an dick.
I had to stop and replay that scene about ten times and it just made me laugh more and more. I've never seen anybody play tipsy so perfectly. Her glazed eyes and pursed repressed smile when she admitted to being a little drunk, the determined, manic way she turned her head and marched off, it was just so spot on!
Agreed, most superhero movies to me are just showy spectacle, doesn't mean I have to be snide about the people who love them.
Moulin Rouge is just the kind of showy spectacle I can enjoy.
It's my favourite season of any comedy show ever, I thought it was almost pure gold. Especially after the good but not great season four.
When they all crowd around her to quit and you could see that Jane Krakowski was fighting back the tears, I surprised myself by bursting into heaving sobs.
Robert starts off the series as the comfortable king of his domain, but by now after seven years (in the show's time-frame) he's experienced the possibility of losing his kingdom through his own transparent ineptitude, having to watch WW1 from the sidelines as he was deemed too old and his actual daughter run off with…
I've seen quite a few people mention 'the last few seasons' in an off hand way as some sort of slump. Last season was fine if not as inspired as some of the others and the one before that was season five, which for a long stretch was actual pure comedy gold!

Should be a cakewalk until you remember that he is vying with the likes of Dukat, Weyoun, Martok and Damar; and these are just the supporting characters!

Disagree completely! I've never got the criticism that Terry Farrell was in any way a bad actor. I think the character especially at the beginning had a sereneness that didn't allow for much emotional range or showboating but she had an unusual charismatic quality which I think is due in no small part to the actress…

But now I really want to know how you know that.
I think we've all been there. Sometimes you becomes so invested in something that it becomes to feel like your personal property and if it differs in any way from what you imagined you begin to feel shafted; to the point that your affection curdles and you cannot view it in anything approaching a reasonable light.
I have enormous affection for Nathan's writing and continue to enjoy all his other stuff, but it seems that when it come to 30 Rock at least he has truly lost his mind grapes.
I don't think it's just cowardice in the face of social strictures though. Obviously it is partly that but on the other hand their love affair is poignant as it is characterized by time slipping away from them. All they have is a few stolen moments because they are not young people free to do as they please, they are…
'the clockwork precision of the British railway system'…ahahahahahahaha
It's true, no one nation should have to shoulder the blame of Michael Lohan, even in jest.
