Battle: Los Angeles
So, I rented this on the weekend and noted with some surprise that it wasn't nearly as bad as everyone says. Cliches, yes, but the set/CGI of battle-torn LA looked pretty good, actually. Harmless Marine action flick.

The devolution of the quality of Aperture's test subjects over the years was very nicely done too. This is a time travel mechanic without the actual time travel. Neat.

That I am 3/4 of the way through the single-player on PS3, and I have yet to encounter one episode of screen tearing, frame stuttering, game lockup, character-trapping clipping, or general bullshit meltdown in this game. That can't be said for many on the bestseller list!
