I think you need to explain that. The entire structure and plotting of the show seemed to clone TNG. TOS was a free-form adventure while Voyager was stuck in the same old tropes we saw in seven seasons of TNG.
Ah, the plant beings from TAS, nice. I love all the non-humanoid aliens they were able to have in that. (Another reason why I liked Farscape and their muppet aliens)
