Wow, it appears you had pent-up feelings about this topic and needed to get it out.  It doesn't help that you make assumptions about other people whose only offense is having a different opinion than yours.  Your first reaction shouldn't be to insult people you disagree with either.

I think you need to explain that.  The entire structure and plotting of the show seemed to clone TNG.  TOS was a free-form adventure while Voyager was stuck in the same old tropes we saw in seven seasons of TNG.

Ah, the plant beings from TAS, nice.  I love all the non-humanoid aliens they were able to have in that.  (Another reason why I liked Farscape and their muppet aliens)
