It's strange, everyone I talk to in real life agrees with me too, yet this site thinks the show can do no wrong as of late.
For me, like many others, it was Season 2, Episode 5 - A Night in Sickbay. After watching an entire episode of watching a cranky captain worrying more about a sick dog that he put into danger than the diplomatic mission at hand, I threw my hands up in the air and said "Ok, that's it. I've had enough."
