Wait..
…that's kind of amazing that someone auditioned on American idol with a Girls Aloud song.
"This is not a lifetime movie, sweetheart."
Katy Perry might be one of the worst people ever, but we will always have that moment, and that quote. And Kara DioGuardi will always be, indubiously, worse.
It's totally awesome that American Idol equates gay with weird!!
Jay
I really enjoyed the show, but I probably chalk that up to my anglophilia, but I gave up on it, because of that rat-looking creature called Jay. I literally could not stand watching him on screen, and the trite, crude sexual jokes. He was just awful.
Toothless
Why won't people remember Toothless with Kirstie Alley?! I far superior Tooth Fairy movie. <3 u 4evr Kirstie
We get it, Community, you're above standard sitcom fare. Whoop-tee-dee.
Sucks that the American TV industry does not take any cues from the British TV industry and do 2-4 seasons of about 5-10 episodes each. Imagine how innovative that would be if Community just ended on its own after two seasons?
I, for one, really enjoy Britta's character. I think her characterization as kind of a liberal guilt feminist is a bit unique. I loved how she would not give in at all to Shirley's bullshit about Jeff, but fuck it, they had to do that sentimental shit at the end with the flowers.
Might have been the winter break…
… but this show has completely lost me. Maybe it's because I really got into P&R over the break, too, but this show does not click with me anymore. Seriously, Abed is ~*~perfect~*~ at tapdancing? How zany!
Try not doing Marlee Matlin jokes, Seth MacFarlane.
or is it a joke about how gay guys love to get physical with their gal pals?
I may be dense as fuck…
… but April does not actually have a sexual relationship with her gay bff, right? The joke's that everyone took that silly faghag-esque talk seriously because they don't get Today's Culture.
Justifiably hyped
I think my biggest laugh was Leslie being all, "It's going to be amazing, awesome, great time - I can't overhype it enough!", without a sense of irony at all. Beautiful.
the hell
I know HIMYM has always been a bit cartoony, and bends with reality - but who else totally thought that dramatic part of the newscast, where the male newscaster lights up a cigarette on air to prove that no one's watching but omg the gang's watching, was a dream sequence? I couldn't believe it was real. I…
I love Ted much more than I love Barney. Barney's a tired caricature while Ted is totally that douche that you know in real life or the douchey side of you displayed on TV.
my accidental triple postage was more exciting than this episode.
CRAZY DRAMA INTENSE WOAH
I can't believe this is what a Project Runway finale has come to. They literally spent a minute on Althea and Irina commenting how there was nothing to talk about all and we had to watch them sit awkwardly. seriously?
