How far into it did you get? To me the first 3 episode weren't top-tier, but it really picks up with 4 and 7-13 is pretty easily the best stretch of episodes the show has done.

Sure but she didn't get blackout drunk and tell the person she was madly in love with "you're cool" or try to steal her best friend's girlfriend because she's afraid of commitment or reveal to the ex she's creepily obsessed with that she moved cross country for them or proudy list all of the terrifying and illegal…
Yeah, after giving it some time to sit I like it better for this reason. It's pretty interesting how everyone in this episode sabatgoes themselves and makes terrible decisions. Still not my favorite episode but a fairly strong finale even if it wasn't the show at its best.
And Dream Ghost!
I'm #TeamNeither. Greg and Josh are both douches. Also, I feel like aggressively shipping Rebecca with either of them is kind of missing the point of the show.
When I first watched S1 that's what I assumed the deal was, because the idea of Krakowski playing Native American was too ridiculous for me to even comprehend. Then I realized and I was like "oh…that's why people are mad. Yeah."
To each their own, but to me the show kicked it up a notch this season after a solid first season. It got weirder, darker and funnier IMO.
I kinda wish they had just kept the Robert Durst stuff as a weird one-off joke because Armisen's delivery didn't really work for me.
Agreed, I usually hate In Media Res openings but this one really worked.
It's a really weird and tricky plotline. I think if it were a one-off joke it would be less of a big deal, but the fact that they obviously try to wring pathos out of it and make it a central part of Jacqueline's identity just feels awkward. The "it's a joke!" defenses don't really work for me because the show wants…
I guess we disagree because "psychiatrist by day, fall-down-drunk by night" seems like a totally bizarre character that fits right into the universe to me.
I really hope this isn't the last we see of Andrea.
Kimmy Learns About Plan B!
Well, there was "weird sex stuff" in the bunker so it's a…difficult question I'd assume.
I definitely miss Xan, but it's kind of hard to see where she'd fit into S2.
I think there's a lot of similarities between the two shows. The colorful cartoonishness of Kimmy's world serves a similar purpose as musical numbers do to Rebecca's.
So that cartoon of Kimmy's happy place was probably the biggest Definitely Couldn't Air On NBC thing of the season right? That was some Woodland Critter Christmas-level shit.
Yeah it wasn't a great take on medication but eh, unlike say, the Native storyline I don't think it was really trying to be. It was just funny.
I actually really appreciate that their living situation is realistic. It looks cozy but in reality it's a basement apartment in a dangerous neighborhood that might not have real walls and floors, which is truly what people like Kimmy and Titus would be able to afford in NYC.
I don't know, Season 1 of 30 Rock still holds up pretty well.
