It's strange how quickly Comedy Central has gone from being a dumping ground for Tosh.0 reruns to one of the most exciting cable channels. In the past few years we've gotten Key & Peele, Nathan For You, Inside Amy Schumer, Kroll Show, Broad City, and Review. Pretty damn impressive, especially considering *all* of them

So…what about Mad Men?

I didn't really like the second episode but last nights' was really good. It kind of made me realize that I liked the show.

Yeah, I can't imagine Sony would do this if they weren't confident they were getting another season.

Yeah, anyone who thinks middle schoolers are PC apparently has no memory of middle school.

Jesus. Those are NBC Thursday numbers. I think Fox moving Glee to Tuesdays effectively killed the entire night.

Sometimes I forget what an astonishingly perfect season of television Season 4 of The Simpsons is and then I rewatch and am amazed all over again.

THE FIRST AMENDMENT MEANS NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO BE OFFENDED BY ANYTHING ANYONE SAYS EVER

"Rory" was how I think of it because usually my go-to internet username is Rurry because that was my dogs' name when I was a kid and it just stuck. So roare is like a pronunciation variation of "Rurry". (Roar-ee).

I think, like with Breaking Bad and Walt, there are always going to be people who root for Don Draper, no matter how badly he falls from grace. And unlike Walt, Don's wrongdoing is at least not, you know, murdering people and stuff, so it's a little more understandable that people would forgive him. But I think Mad

I just think Peggy is kind of falling apart, and can barely control her reaction to anything. Considering a big part of the reason she's falling apart is *because* of Don, it makes sense to me that she would be cold to him.

Not taking the offer would've been exactly what you would expect Don Draper to do. Don Draper doesn't do what you expect him to do.

Well, Her isn't an animated Disney movie aimed at children who like toys and merchandise and songs, for one.

I get that Betty isn't the most fun character to watch, but I do think she's a very interesting one, even if the show often loses track of what to do with her. (Though I think they're slowly figuring out how to use her again).

I think it's a flawed movie but I think it genuinely does a lot of interesting things with the Disney princess formula so I can't hate it too much. (That said, Brave also did some very interesting things with the Disney princess formula and yet no one gave a shit).

I'm genuinely surprised by all of the people here saying how they felt people like Megan and Peggy were unjustified in their anger at Don. I mean, I get it, Don is the protagonist and I was as happy as anyone when Roger was defending him, but he has been treated Megan like utter shit basically since Lady Lazarus, when

Megan is COMPLETELY justified in her anger. As Faye so gracefully put it back in Season 4, only likes the beginning of things. Once Megan was no longer the shiny new toy in his life, and once it became clear that she wasn't the embodiment of everything he expected in a perfect wife and was actually a real human being

It was hard to watch, but I think that kind of groupthink is accurate in a situation like this. No matter how much Don did for these people, they still got swept up in the narrative than Don is a monster who ruined everything for everyone. Granted, Don did a lot of shit but it was definitely surreal watching even Joan

And Megan kicking Don out was very reminiscent of Betty telling him not to come home in Season 2. The marriage that was once heralded as the opposite of everything Don/Betty represented is becoming pretty much the exact same thing.
