I somehow managed to sit through the last few seasons of Weeds only to give up watching the show a quarter of the way through its finale. I just couldn't do it anymore.

You've gotta pay the troll toll to get inside this…

I really hope that the guy with the Perd Hapley accound logs in and writes something.

    Edward Snowden?

Is that RJ Mitte's mom with him in the picture?

Just a couple of days ago I saw the Walton Goggins cameo on Sons of Anarchy and it blew my mind. If you're not planning to watch the series, at least watch this clip. https://www.youtube.com/wat…

I would watch this version of it. I'm not sure I'll watch the real one.

My wife is on season three of SOA, and I've only been passively listening.  My main impression of the show has been 'man, that's a show with a lot of montages'.

I think that she gives no grief about washing out people who can't handle the job or shouldn't be there.

Or at least just a short summary of what happens in that version of the script?

I agree, but I'm not quite ready to give up yet. I imagine that I could be bored through at least season 2.
I think what keeps me watching is that the show is at least not insulting. It's calm and quiet and it hasn't made me groan at anything yet.
I suppose it could turn into what Weeds turned into where the main
