Both also excellent. I just have a soft spot for the play in the Nationals game because I was watching that one live, in silent shock that something like that could happen in a major league game.

I've lost about a pound a week for the last…like, 25 weeks by switching to one meal (lunch) a day and cutting out most non-fruit snacking. It's probably not the healthiest way to go about it? And I understand that for people with blood sugar issues it's apparently a really bad idea. But I've had good results from it.
