I want a Breaking Bad soundtrack. I loved the original song that played during this episode's opener. Dave Porter does such a great job on this series.

I read the first Scalped trade, but I couldn't get into it. The scratchy art and brown color palette were ugly, and the tone was relentlessly dour.

Huh?
If "everybody" - not just geeks - "loves Kurt Vonnegut," then why is this a Gateways to Geekery and not a Primer? Isn't a primer a longer, more in-depth look at a seminal artist?

The Believer was my favorite movie for awhile. I rewatched it recently, and it didn't quite hold up. I was still impressed by the performances of Ryan Gosling and Summer Phoenix - especially Summer Phoenix. However, I thought the flashbacks were cheesy as hell.

Heart of Ice/Empire Strikes Back
I saw a few connections between this ep and Empire. Batman frozen and suspended from the ceiling is like Luke trapped in the Wampa's cave. The chemical bath Batman places the thug in recalls the bacta tank. Plus the voice of Mark Hamill!
