Nothing makes looking back at my teenage years more painful than remembering I had an obsession with the first movie.

It's overused and repetitive in a way that doesn't build tension or surprise. Plus when the guy starts going "la la la la la la la" sounds more like he's making fun of the score than mocking some victim.

Does anyone know of studies that indicate that women have more difficulty getting indie film projects going than men? Like a project fronted by a woman on kickstarter or indiegogo is less likely to receive funding?
