Has anyone seen Being There? The Pink Panther? THE PARTY? THE MOTHERFUCKING PARTY?!

Boys and Girls in America (the first Hold Steady album I heard) took two listens to really hit me, but now I love it.

Joy Division is kind of tough for me now, even. I like them, and I know there's greatness there, but I'm just not sure if I recognize it yet.

I love the Godfather, and always have, but I could see the first time being tough for some. It's a very heavy movie.

If you don't love Pet Sounds, I'm not sure if I want to be friends with you.

Two musicians 1 Movie
Always a bad sign if it's not a movie about music.

Why does everyone think the Mormons are crazy, but they believe the Mayans?

I'm actually excited for Avatar.

Up
Glad to hear Up was good.

I can only imagine it as an animated film.

I just did. I always forget to check that shit.

Indeed. I was trying to find clues to figure out the setting, but to no avail. I think the same goes for space as well. Oly rarely remembers exactly where events happened, and when she does, it's not exactly trustworthy. The America described in this book only exists in carnivals, and the brief excursions off the
