I really enjoyed this. The art was absolutely gorgeous and the writing was also really good (after Whatever Happened to the Caped Crusader I was really excited to see Gaiman write a comic again). "ever going to be any real heart" seems a bit harsh. There have been fantastic web series with a lot of heart already.

OK then I might just watch the series instead of delaying until I see the movie. I'd rather not get behind because this sounds wonderful. I'll get to the movie in its own time.

Yeah that makes sense to me, to leave it for the end. Usually by the end of seasons things are at their most fast so it'll be easier to watch 4 in a row than at the beginning of the season when pieces are still getting put together.

I agree with you on Abby wholeheartedly. She's clearly tough as nails now and, as you said, getting past that kind of abuse and making a new life is hard as fucking hell.

This has nothing to do with what we are talking about here but one of my favorite moments was Cyrus continuously whining about how poor Fitz isn't sleeping and blah blah. Olivia's simple cold "I'm not sleeping either, Cyrus" was great.
