I agree on doing a comparison and on the flexibility of the material. It almost reminds me of Shakespeare in that regard. There is room for adaptation and differing styles that all wind up great.

Right exactly. The one review I read quoted them a bunch of times and I later realized they were ALL from No One's Saying Nothing. You can't say the album is full of bum lines if you only quote lines from one song.

I can see that point, but I guess that's not enough for me to dislike the album. If I want that edge I'll listen to the older stuff or go see them live. I'm totally happy with an album that is definitely D-Plan but is a little more roomy and comfortable for them.

Yeah, I agree. Travis is in great voice, the melodies are all supremely catchy and odd, the rhythm section is still Eric and Joe and Jason is doing his excellent thing.

I agree, I think the show building up this stable of supporting characters and crew to help them is one of its very strong points. I feel like there's no way we won't be seeing more of these characters.

I was happy at some of the pilots they picked up but really really pissed they skipped on Onion News Empire. Fucking hell that show looked amazing.

15 minutes with this man is probably worth 8 hours with many other people. He's just so cool, and seems very open with discussing anything. Must have been very rewarding.
