He was working on another movie forever it seemed like, with a pretty decent cast, but nothing seems to have ever come from it.
The Nobody has an Essex County feel but it is very short, just one trade.
Interesting casting so far definitely.
Ha well at least we agreed on the best of the bunch.
CLYDE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I knew he wouldn't cook the little guy, so cute. Ok, sorry.
It'll be hard for me to put anything above Williams art on Batwoman but he isn't drawing it right now and he never will be again so.
Basically.
Whoa this looks great.
Well I'd love to head to NYC and see it on that big ass IMAX but I don't have the time and I refuse to see things on the Dome at Franklin Institute so it looks like I'll be seeing this on fake IMAX and just buckling down and doing the 3-D which I tend to hate.
I am coming to this review 4 years later just to say that it is one of the worst reviews I've ever read.
Also if you wanna have some fun read this Wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wik… This is supposedly the main inspiration for Moriarty and I think it is so incredibly cool that a person like this existed in real life.
Moran in the books is basically Moriarty's Watson. He has similar traits to Watson (veteran, crack shot, limp) even. He is Moriarty's "Chief of Staff" at times and, very similar to this show, is used as his main assassin. Though unlike the show he becomes the main assassin because of his impeccable skill with a rifle.
d'oh! I totally forgot to mention the family stuff because I really wanted to.
OK! Great batch of episodes this go round I thought.
lol my parents almost started talking about stuff and my response was "SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP"
Good point but I almost think that makes them less sympathetic. Sure I love Tony's antics and humor and empathize with Don but Walt's constant scrabbling and such makes him feel more human to me and makes me see him as the hero more.
Hadn't heard of this yet but I can't wait to get home and listen. He's got such a beautiful voice, those influences sound like they'd be really fun to hear him sing over and it seems like they got a really talented band.
I agree. I think the filmmaking aesthetics (and the music and such) show that to a degree we are supposed to be thrilled by Walt.
I don't know what comics you are reading but if none of them ever root for the Punisher then they certainly aren't mine.
