Orange is the New Black and Sense8 have both had very graphic sex scenes, but they also feature a lot more strong language than Daredevil too. Marvel look to have a "house style" in mind for the Netflix shows that's darker than the movies/Agents of SHIELD/Agent Carter, but possibly not into outright explicit content.
