That being all true, I still liked how they handled last season's purgatory thing, if only for Benny, who was a nice surprise.

This is one of those totally fair points that have stopped bugging me, at least for this show.

This episode was ultimately ruined by the brothers making some DUMB dumb decisions (they have a dungeon! Why didn't they bring back Abaddon in the dungeon where, you know, they just learned they have magic chains demons can't escape! AND WHY DID THEY LEAVE HER ALONE OH MY GOD THAT IS…WHAT DID YOU EXPECT TO HAPPEN THIS…

Does the premise of this show seem like a parody to anybody else?

You can't go by the previews. NBC doesn't know what's going on ever.

It was hardly a travesty. I enjoyed parts, I thought it didn't have enough jokes.
