They should just change SHIELD's 22 episodes to three 8 episode series. SHIELD, Agent Carter & Mockingbird. Many of SHIELD's problem would be solved if they weren't straining to fill 22 episodes.

Every action movie made is basically a superhero movie. CGI has taken special effects to the point where modern "films" have to one up one another with the ridiculous that every character is basically a superhero. Perhaps costumed slightly less silly.
