Fitness and strength are huge mitigating factors. Those backpacks they lug around are probably 50 pounds or so. Just look at how mightily the older teams always seem to struggle.

Terrible episode.
No drama, no reason for this episode to be super sized. I did not care about the heritage of our remaining chefs. I am intrigued by next weeks episode, and the prospect of the chefs facing off against former winners. Hopefully it offers some sort of redemption for this weak sauce.
