It's just that Jello was responsible for writing most of that music. His distinct lyrics sung by someone else in that voice seems so wrong. Bad brains did just come out with a new album ldevil, so I couldnt really wish for that, especially since i found the material sodisappointing.

I like the idea, but I have to admit there have been a bit too many punk reuoins in the past few years that were simply failed cash-ins. Perhaps their mystique would be best left alone since members HAVE gone on to different stuff.

Second that notion. But it seems like patton might be to interested in wierd side projects to ever return to that stuff. I also wonder if it would even be a fruitful commercial endeavor. I think the average music fan knows "epic" and maaaybe "midlife crisis". That's it.

I think a few summers ago Danzig said he was willing to visit some of the old Misfits catalog as an encore for whatever tour he was on then. Anyone know if this actually happened?
