While I was hoping they would show Jaqen's face change like it was done in Clash of Kings, I was happy with how they handled it. The newbies I was watching with thought it was cool too, and got that the Faceless Men are radical. Mission accomplished!

Yeah, it was a little weird. I'm assuming they'll do a quick flashback showing the Ironborn attempting to surrender Theon over in the first episode of s3 and are slaughtered for their troubles by Bolton's men. They then proceed to sack Winterfell. It would be a great way to introduce a certain psycho bastard.

I've always had the impression that Larry and Hank are old acquaintances who were probably even friends at one time early in their careers, it's just that the years on the show have rendered them both into self-absorbed egomaniacs who now have their own agenda.
