Ava's imprisonment is clearly leading to next season's B-plot involving the misadventures of Ava, Dickie Bennett, and Dewey Crowe in the federal pen.  Ava and Dickie become rivals after taking jobs as prison librarians, culminating in a trivia contest to determine whether the mens or womens library will get grant…

Ellen May has been the standout of this season.  God love that plucky little whore.

If Abed hadn't been a drag for the past 1.5 seasons, I'd write it off as such.

It took me a while to get it too, mostly because I missed the first instance of the Dean referring to the potential new student as a "Whale".

Abed has been the worst part of this show for a while now.

Abed was essentially absent from any meaningful part of this episode… and it ended up being the best of the season.  There's something to glean from this I'm sure.  Hold on.  Give me a minute.

Now I want to try that.

Ale-8-One bottle used for the molotov was a great local touch as well.  I never saw the stuff till I moved to Cincinnati. It's a pretty tasty take on ginger ale.

Actually I agree that Chang wasn't as unbearable as usual tonight.  My surprise comes from reading these reviews/comments every week and knowing how people feel about Chang in general.

I thought it stunk on ice.
