I prefer the longer mystery of Season 2. I keep hoping they'll be doing something like that. Even the blood on the shoes, I thought might have been a flash-forward to the last scene of the season.

Episode wasn't the tightest BB episode. It's always a drag when Skyler gets a lot of screen time, Mike and Walt getting the tracking device and then bringing it home took about 10 minutes and didn't move any plot forward. Even the sniper shootout was rather uneventful.
