Oh Manu - you're such a Doccubus fan. :P (Me, too)

I'll admit that Bo's whining about not being in control of her life (and indeed the entire backstory) was maddening and seemed to come out of nowhere. What rescued it for me was Anna Silk's delivery. In our review (http://wp.me/p1VQBq-14q) I liken her to Kristin Bauer from this week's episode of True Blood: actresses

As much as I love Sorkin, I'm not sure if cable is the best outlet for him if this pilot is any indication. Perhaps it's just the pilot, but there was far too much soapboxing and pontificating. The actors are all excellent and the premise interesting, but it was entirely too much exposition and not enough action,

May have squealed with glee when I saw Tina Marjorino. I miss Veronica Mars so much *sigh*

It was a mostly 'okay' episode. Honestly, I never really bought the conflict between Bo and Litch, but what I really was excited about was the exploration of Bo's darker and more dangerous side. I hope the show continues to go down this path.

Definitely not the best (perhaps the quality of an episode is proportional to the amount of male skin it shows)? I did dig Derek's band of misfit losers, but feel that Boyd definitely needs to work on his rationale for joining the lycanthrope ranks (dude doesn't have friends so he's choosing to wolf out once a month

I don't think that there are too many plates so much an an uncertainty of how to handle them. Did we need a case of the week at this point in the season? This felt very much like a story that could have been inserted anywhere and the various mythology pieces used to tie it in now. But everything was more or less off -

Still enjoying the show, even if it does occasionally (frequently) veer into camp territory. Most (unintentionally?) hilarious moment had to be a draw between Jackson werewolf posing in the mirror and Scott sniffing his teammates on the field. These boys would rack up some serious weird points from their fellow

I don't quite agree that the scope of battle was mixed and that affected the enjoyment of the episode. If anything it was supposed to be confused and overwhelming as to who was who. I liked having Bronn and the Hound as our centrepoints, though - I thought it was a nice change of pace, even if I didn't fully

I disagree. I definitely think that the procedural episodes dragged the series down and convinced a lot of people there wasn't a sustainable series in this. And I'll say that the conspiracy stuff ultimately didn't need to be in there, but I was really pleased with how they addressed it here. It was satisfying to have

Really enjoyed the finale, even if the Charlotte and Victoria cliffhangers are obvious red-herrings. (Though I SO wish that Charlotte was actually dead).
