Yeah but they're not heroes, just the kind of narrow minded thinking Tony desperately wants to get away from. Remember his rants after unjustly winning the dance contest over the Puerto Rican couple?

What is the final shot? The scene where a worker's suffocating in a paint shop (until he's able to break open a window) stuck in my mind so much that I really don't remember anything after it.

I never saw the original, because the TV Guide adds of comatose people suspended from wires off the ceiling scared the hell out of me.
One question: why do no non-premium tv channels put any effort in TV movies anymore? They used to be a staple of network TV in the "big three" era, but all you get these days is…

Could it be as a little kid you only had OTA tv? With only three channels there wasn't much of a choice of reruns you had. The shows I saw at this time haven't held up well. But when my family got cable in '87 (age 12), i fell in love with shows as different as "Jack Benny" and "Maude". Those shows have held up.

Hey let's not so quickly slam "Hillbillies" and "Laverne and Shirley". "Hillbillies" was a show about a family who would stick to a given moral viewpoint and worldview, outsiders and money be damned. As the show moved on it became clearer that the outside world (epitomized by Mr. Drysdale) was the truly irrational…

Now obviously these guys are off their rockers, but there have been odd "Spongebob" episodes. One I've seen has Spongebob and Patrick competing athletically in either really short shorts or their underwear over some dispute. They realize this contest is straining their friendship, decide to quit, and walk out…

Yeah Victorious is just the modern day version of hack sitcoms like "Mr. Belvedere" and "The Hogan Family". Since the broadcast networks don't care about family audiences, these writers had to go somewhere.

You mean Southcenter, Alderwood and Bellevue Square right? What's the one that's not doing well?

Actually every mall I've been to lately seems to have those weaponry stores, and Oriental themed decoration stores too. And no one ever seems to buy or even browse in there. I wonder if they're some sort of crime front because how else do they survive?
