Anyone else get a "Breaking Bad" vibe from the TV show that Alicia and Grace were watching? The odd episode title construction (apart from getting to 3 words) is reminiscent of Jesse Pinkman-speak.

Scale from 1 to 5.
Realization: Figures…
Not Signficant!

Mitch and Haley and the little girl were too weak to lift that heavy oil drum, so they had to plug it up instead. They usually have Cam do the heavy lifting, but he wasn't around.

My first thought was Alicia is being vetted for the Illinois Supreme Court judgeship, now that Diane and female candidate #2 are out of the running. It seems Eli really wants a female judge. Cut to a flashback of Alicia shaking her bon bons at Peter, who slyly replies, "I'm only doing this to see Melissa George's

Substitute Chun-Li for May. Same difference?

Agreed.  I was thinking the dad was evading June because he had a wheelchair fetish.  So it would make sense that he would be uncomfortable around her if he was getting aroused by June but is in the middle of reconciling with his wife.  The episode even started to zig in that direction when June talked about her toes,

True.  And it was strawberry lip balm, not a strawberry-colored beret.  June actually pulled a yellow beret out of her purse.

I rewound it a few times, but Dexter asked if Hannah didn't want kids.  It was a little hard to tell from the audio, because it sounded like "he didn't want kids", but it was probably "you didn't want kids".

I wonder if all the people who watched last week's preview are the same ones who are complaining that this week's episode was slow and disliked.  I try to avoid the previews, so when I watched this episode it was well paced and enjoyable.

Okay, I rewatched the scene and the layout of Apt 23 makes sense now.  Above the stove in the kitchen there is a window sill with a skull cup on it.  Behind this window is the room with the computer desk.  The apartment layout is a bit strange and they haven't really show this room yet, but I suppose the window is

I didn't understand the sarcastic response at first, either.  But it was definitely sarcasm.  It reminded me of the later scene when JVDB asked if June knew anything about the Trina & Sissy comic he received from a fan.  Although June's reply was more of an embarrassed lie, not sarcasm.

I love to endlessly deconstruct this show.  I was just thinking about how well-constructed the plots are.  In this latest episode, great care and attention to detail are evident.  Witness the scene with Eli's first time in Apt 23.

I think what makes Chloe hilarious and refreshing is the character's absolute consistency of worldview.  I don't think I could stand the character if Chloe was a hypocrite.  When someone does something "bad" to Chloe (that she would've done to someone else without a moment's thought), Chloe instantly shrugs it off.
