Was there an explanation I missed about how Pierce returned from being left behind in the woods during the puppet episode?  Or is this just a byproduct of filming out of order and Chevy leaving?  It feels like a pretty big plot hole to me, so I'm hoping that I just overlooked something.  Does anyone know?
