I use the word "slut" for men too. Though, now that I think of it, most derogatory words for humans, for me at least, are directed at or conjure thoughts of men. Arsehole, prick, dickhead, cumbrain, shitlip, arseclown, fuckface, dipshit, just to name a few.
I would also never use the c word to describe a woman either.
