Which Evil Willow? I mean, yeah, Vampire Willow was crazy hot, but Alyson Hannigan was never less attractive to me than when Willow went all scorched-earth for the last stretch of S6.

That second paragraph is painfully true. Spending three whole weeks thinking that Bays and Thomas were actually asking us to buy into this Barney/Patrice 'ship was infuriating. The ending was nice, but I'm not sure it made up for that frustrating manipulation.

I believe the response you were looking for was "Speaking of nailing and climaxes, did I ever tell you guys about the time I had sex with Eartha Kitt in an airplane bathroom?"

Wait, so Ricky Gervais is the human protagonist, and Ty Burrell is the Interpol agent?
Seems to me like they got it backwards.

Actually, @avclub-f121d09285898f1c66d66f1e6f0455a6:disqus there were three Mountain Goats episodes. They used "No Children" in the episode "Numb." "Old College Try" was in the episode "Help," and "Love Love Love" was used in the episode "Passing."

I just made the donation that got them up to $10k. They're fully funded now. You're welcome.

Ditto that. I love the A.V. Club crossword. It's the only crossword that regularly features pop culture snark, mild obscenities, and a consistently high level of quality. I'm definitely donating to this Kickstarter.

Any info on whether the A.V.Club Crossword archive would continue to be hosted at the American Values Club site?

Chuck was always at its best when pushing its overall story forward, so the run at the end of Season 2 (culminating with "Chuck Vs. The Ring") is by far the best that show has to offer. But still, "Chuck Vs. Santa Claus" is definitely the best "non-arc" episode.
