Back in the day, I taped THE RUTLES off cable, and on the same VHS caught THE COMPLEAT BEATLES.  Had some friends over and we laughed all through THE RUTLES, and when COMPLEAT followed, the narrative was close enough to what we'd just seen that it was doubly hilarious.
