I can make a case for DISCOVERY- through BALANCE OF POWER-era ELO with the exception of SECRET MESSAGES which, "Four Little Diamonds" notwithstanding, is truly awful.

I know that it gave him solitude and time to write, but anyone who has every worked facilities (especially in difficult climates) knows there's an awful, awful lot of work involved making sure the elements don't take hold.  And a space of that size is a nightmare on the best of days.  It's not like you just close up…
