The Arkansas Legislature is expected to pass a bill soon that will let Republican Tom Cotton run for his Senate seat and the Presidential Election at the same time. Just to clarify, I think Tom Cotton fucking sucks eggs.

Gender neutral means that they don't associate with masculine or feminine constructs, such as clothing or pronouns, or are a mix of both masculine or feminine. Think of gender as a spectrum, with masculinity on the left and femininity on the right. Someone who is gender neutral is smack dab in the middle.
