Three time loser but otherwise

This is actually starting to change a bit - there's a lot of decent to great shows that are set outside those three cities. Breaking Bad is in Albuquerque, Hung is in Detroit, Sons of Anarchy is in a fictional California city that isn't like L.A., and Friday Night Lights is set in a small Texas town and filmed on

Egg?

I Got Friends in Low Places
Works better if you imagine it as an allegory for crabs.

"East-West" - Paul Butterfield Blues Band
One of the tracks that really got the ball rolling on acid rock and jazz fusion. In terms of modulation, they were dancing circles around basically everyone else in rock and roll with this song as well.

If we're talking 10 minute Youth songs, Trilogy is obviously way more worth your time than Diamond Sea. True, it's three songs, but at the same time I think they work best when viewed as a single suite rather than separate tunes.

Larry was right about everything in this episode
The NBC chief guy should've showed more gratitude for the Seinfeld reunion.

Huh?
I actually liked 45:33 quite a bit, but why wait almost three years after the original release to drop an album of remixes?

And of course, it got crushed in the ratings.
Major drop from last week…ouch. I can't believe there are people who honestly think Grey's Anatomy and CSI are both better hours of television programming than NBC's 9 o'clock block.

Legion sucked. "AND WE ARE…..MAAAAAAA-NNNYYY…" I wanted to throw the movie out the window right there. Totally took the fright out of a really very creepy Biblical character.

Yeah, even Garth Ennis couldn't bring anything to the table other than re-heated crap from Preacher when he took a shot at the character.

Can't let those options expire…
The first Ghost Rider was pretty bad. Does Fox really have so few potential tentpoles that they have to keep making these crappy Marvel movies so they don't lose the rights?

Whatever happens, Disney will not come out the loser. Copyright law in this country has been written on behalf of Disney, for god's sake.

The Band version of the song is pretty great, but it's basically a piss-take…they all thought it was kind of a goofy song. Rick Danko reads "killed" as "kilt" and apparently in his solo shows he would really ham it up, stretching the song to five or six minutes and dramatically reading the last verse. There may be a

Stone probably could.

The Christian Lady
Wow, what an unbelievably loathsome character. That actress generated a lot of hatred with only a tiny bit of screentime. If nothing else I liked this episode because the writers didn't have Leslie apologize to her.

No, I think this game is it. Harmonix, again, is considerably less crassly commercial than Activision and less prone to cash cow milking - we'll probably see a standalone disc with the DLC released once enough becomes available, but I doubt we'll see a Beatles sequel. I'm pretty sure the remaining Beatles, Yoko and

I realize this post is in jest, but the difference is that the Lennon and Harrison were done tastefully and respectfully - Harmonix is a bit less crassly commercial than Activision, I doubt the appreciators running Harmonix would've even asked if it was OK for John Lennon to sing a Bon Jovi song.

For the most part, I refuse to practice fake musical instruments, so the difficulty on Expert for Beatles RB is just right for me. Drums I'll practice, since on the off-chance I ever decide to drum for real I'll at least have a bit of hand-foot separation developed, and I'll practice singing because singing Beatles

The one specified in the post, jackass.

Get Low
Had my first gig as an extra in this movie a few months back. Interested to see how it turns out.
