I know I'm weeks late in discussing this, but it just occurred to me and it's suddenly very important.
I don't know why, but there's something that I really love about him borrowing his sister's Fugazi shirt. I can almost see that as being part of why Lane got such a major crush in the first place - his sister has good taste in music and he borrows her shirts now and again, and she took a few interesting band shirts…
